Now you can extract a sample with out damaging or opening the bag. In fact the hole is rubbed out with out a trace. Larger versions of this are used at origin to extract samples of coffee still in parchment. It is handcrafted by a gentleman in Huehuetenango, Guatemala who fulfills orders for many export brokers big and small through out Central America.
